First let me say I truly appreciate honesty, and ZenAir has certainly shown that. Scheduling an appointment was very easy. In addition, Arick came and completed the job with patience and honesty. I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend for any HVAC issues.
Very thorough inspection of my HVAC system. The technician was very friendly & informative. He let me know everything wrong with my 17 year old system. I would have like to have heard a little more about what he actually did do to help keep my unit functioning for another year, so it felt like more of an inspection then a tune up. I will pray the system holds up for at least another year. Overall, it appears they did a nice job.
Had a full basement HVAC system installed by Zach and Will, who did a thorough and clean job. Their communication was great and they were easy to work with when I had suggested changes and tweaks. Super pleased with the results and would highly recommend. The consultation from Hugh was also top notch as he was super knowledgeable and provided a timely proposal with multiple pricing and equipment options.
