Alexandra the lady at front desk has always been welcoming! But today there was a new lady at the front desk who absolutely has no sense of customer service and is least bothered to welcome and greet customers! Even at the time of my checkout she was busy on the phone which was absolutely rude. Also she confirmed my appointment and when I had already started she called to reschedule for next day which never happened with me before at this location. And hence am taking out 1 star for this location and I might not visit again if such attitude continues!“

“Had a great experience here today. Came in Sunday afternoon, it was quiet and not busy. I was greeted promptly with a smile, and requested a pedicure. Moments later a nice lady named Selena came out and got me set up. I had to use the restroom before we got started, it was nice and clean. Selena gave me a magical gel pedicure! She really had great attention to detail, giving me multiple coats of gel to hide a horrible bruise on my toe haha. Her leg and foot massage was fantastic and she did wonders on my calluses without tickling me which I was so grateful for haha. Will definitely be back! Also I noticed everyone who was in there -customers and employees alike- just seemed super laid back and happy. Really nice pleasant atmosphere! Oh and also! Pricing was great. $50 for a gel pedicure is fantastic!!“

“I have been going to blossom threading for the last 6 years now. Bobby and Sheetal are amazing. Customer service is excellent. They are very kind people. They take measures to make sure it is a good experience. I get my eyebrows threaded and it’s always great. I have also done waxing. They are clean and take appropriate precautions. I have never had any issues. The facials are very relaxing, and they use herbal ingredients which I love. They have a lot of different facial options, and they can also recommend ones that are good for your skin type. They do a great job with hair color and cuts as well. Pricing is very reasonable. They do get busy because they do such a great job, but they are very efficient. If you are getting anything more than eyebrow threading, I do recommend calling to make an appointment.“
