I had a wonderful experience at The Village Medical. I was able to get a same day appointment by scheduling online, just a few days before Christmas. The facility was extremely clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming and my wait time was short. Ashley, the Nurse Practitioner, was very thorough and took her time listening to all of my concerns. Not to mention, it was very convenient being able to pick up my prescriptions from the pharmacy on my way out. I will definitely use The Village Medical in the future and will strongly recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent care everytime I go. Front desk is prompt and Ashley NP has great bedside manner and always so knowledgeable and relatable. Office is clean and their responses on the patient portal are in a timely manner. Would recommend everytime

I moved here from NY and was going back and forth for my Dr appointments until Icame across Village Medical. Here I didn't feel like another billable charge. Dr French and staff are very thorough and Caring!

The entire staff is fantastic. Dr. French is amazing. She really listens to my concerns. PA Ashley is also very knowledgeable and caring. The support staff is so kind.

Ashley Eppinger NP is very Thorough.She took her time and explained all my test results prescribed the proper medication. I highly recommend Ashley she gives the patient her time and attention. The facility at the Walgreens is beautiful brand new, and completely separate from the Walgreens store.

I found that the office cleanliness was impeccable and it matched the service that I received. I am so thankful to have found a Primary Care Physician that took the time to understand her new patient. I felt very confident on my first visit that included her staff that were very supportive and professional as well. Lastly, Dr. French’s lab coat was a brilliant white, which is one of the badges of her profession, in the military, we might say that she was dress right dress. Therefore she and her staff DESERVE five stars. Keep up the good work.

Since my move from New York I've been looking for doctor's that were dedicated, informative and attentative. Village Medical has been that place. The sessions are personal and private. My new Dr. French takes her time ensuring that my questions are answered.The only thing that they needed to improve would be the telehealth process. I was given 1 time then not seen for 3 hours later. But other than that they are doing a good job. They get my vote.
