I just had the most unprofessional, rude, unacceptable follow-up conversation for a dental appointment. Brittany was condescending, arrogant and extremely sarcastic in her remarks and has lost this practice 3 paying clients. This may not matter to them however I am a firm believer in NOT paying for poor customer service. I absolutely would not recommend this office, there are too many other practices in Suwanee that I am sure would not treat clients in this manner. Please do not patronize this practice unless you want to be treated poorly.
