Our son Noah has been attending this location for half a year! Sensai Brandon and Sensai Jam have been wonderful and are so attentive and patient with all the kids. Wonderful location and great Sensai's. This has not only helped out Noahs confidence but also a great workout!

It’s honestly a great class and a great workout. The instructors here are so nice! I would definitely recommend this place if you want to learn self defense and get a good workout too!
