The clinic is very clean and well organized. The front desk staff is polite and efficient. I only waited about 30 minutes. The doctor was professional and friendly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit.

This was my second visit to Piedmont Urgent Care in Suwanee. I last used the service about 1.5 years ago and was pleased. Therefore, I sought their service again for a medical issue. Yesterday, I saw PA Kim Galaska. I can be difficult to impress. And she impressed me. Ms. Galaska was professional, polite, a good listener, receptive to my suggestions, service-oriented, knowledgeable, intelligent, confident, decisive, and an excellent communicator. In addition, she has an excellent rapport with the nurses and front desk receptionist, who are also very pleasant. The pain became incredibly worse to chronic pain in my back radiating down my leg. The staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful. Also provided a follow up plan. Would highly recommend this office for your unexpected immediate needs
