We had a great experience from the time we walked in the door. The officer was incredibly friendly and kind and we were seen quickly. Everyone we saw, from the front office, to the nurses, to our provider, Anna Lisa, were all very caring and it was obvious they care about children and enjoy their jobs. It made having to take a sick baby on a Sunday morning much more enjoyable!
We are very thankful to the front office staff and the medical staff at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. When my 4 years old boy was not improving out of his flu symptoms for more than 3 days we decided to take him to this urgent care almost just one hour before their closing time. They treated him very carefully and conducted all the tests including X-ray and blood test. Tests came out to confirm that my kid has Pneumonia. The doctor gave one dose of the required antibiotic and prescribed the medication for continued treatment for next 5 days. They do their job very well. They gave crayons and paper to my kid while waiting, gave stickers after checking weight, cartoons are everywhere. Nice general nurses. Liked this approach
