“Creekview pediatrics has been taking care of my children since my son was 2 years old. He is 13 now, and my daughter is 6, anywhere from sick visits, broken bones, growing pains, or well checks Dr. Sahgal is one of the most thorough Pediatricians I have ever met. She has a wonderful bedside manor, and truly cares about each and everyone of her patients individual concerns and needs. I can’t tell you how many times I have been a panicked mom about one thing or another, and Dr. Sahgal and her staff have been so quick to respond with whatever appointment or advice I needed. She understands what it’s like to be a parent and is sensitive to every need. If your looking for a caring, detailed, and undivided attention giving Physician and staff, look no further. “We love GPAM! We mainly visit the Hamilton Mill location, but had an last minute sick visit appointment in the Duluth location and they were equally as awesome! My son had the flu over the New Year and had to call in at 11pm New Years Eve and the doctor On call assisted me with my urgent need. They even gave me a call back in two days to check on my son to make sure he was doing better. Truly found the pediatric office!“

“It took 9 months to get my son an appointment set. They called me back and had to reschedule. I had a confirmed text message with my new appointment. When I got to the office, Brianna Bridges informed me that my appointment was canceled. This receptionist was reading my body language before I could even express my concerns. She was already trying to come up with a situation. I was so worried about not being able to get in. I know she could see the panic and frustration that was within me. BRIANNA is the main reason for this review. This woman was amazing in every way and handled me like a boss between communication ,sincerity ,problem solver, and efficiency. She nailed it. And let me just note that this was all handed in about 15 mins. Her 15 mins of interaction made a difference in how I was viewing this establishment. The back of the house was just as amazing. They really took precautions on trying to figure out my child issues. It was a bumping start, but honestly, it was worth the 9-month wait to feel like my child is in good hands. And after 2 years of fighting this battle. I feel like im not alone, and I have hope and help figuring out the issue. Thank you to all the staff who made my experience life changing.“

“My son got sent home from daycare because he was clenching his stomach saying my tummy hurts. My tummy hurts so I called the nurse line and they directed me to go to the closest urgent care which was at the collection and Forsyth County. We arrived around 1120 and it was already so busy The receptionist at the desk that greeted us was there upon arrival greeting us and took my insurance and ID in order to start the process of admission he gave us a number and we sat in the lobby, which was very clean and the lighting was great. We waited two hours. But then once they took us back to the room, the doctor came within minutes to assess my son, and he is too, and he is not fond of being touched by doctors at this age, but she made him feel comfortable, and she was able to listen to him without us, having to hold him down, except for her to look at his ears, which is normal although at the time my son wasn’t clenching his stomach and yelling like he was a daycare he was saying ow ow, and the doctor decided to take an abdominal x-ray within like five minutes and x-ray tech came to get us from our room took us to get the x-ray and my son laid on the x-ray table as still as he could because he received great instructions from the x-ray tech. I was given a vest and I was able to sit there and hold my son‘s hands while they completed the x-ray and then we went back to the room. They said it was gonna be about 30 minutes, but it was less than 30 minutes and the doctor was in telling us he had gas. She explained the medication that she would prescribe for him and it was over-the-counter so I didn’t need a prescription. She explained that when kids have gas, especially if they’ve never had it before, but it’s very painful and due to his age and not being able to tell me exactly how he feels it was great that I came in just to make sure after the doctor left out of the room. The nurse came in with the discharge paperwork and education. I was educated thoroughly on the diagnoses and the medication and asked if I felt comfortable and understood how to care for my son before leaving although they were busy I didn’t feel like the staff was trying to rush me in and rushed me out, which was awesome especially with a two year-old after we left we stopped and we got the Micon tablets that the doctor told me to give Nolan for the Gas pain and I also grabbed a probiotic since that day Nolan has not had any more abdominal pain which is great. I hate that we had to go to the urgent care that day but I was glad that I went to the collection at Forsyth location. My son and I were both treated with respect and I feel like he was taking care of properly.“

“Everyone is great in this location but the phlebotomist Yeneisy is the best. She always take her time to draw blood and avoid poking you many times. I have very tiny veins but with her I am always confident that she will take her time. She knows her job and very welcoming. Thank you Yeneisy.“
