I’ve been loving my laser results so far! Billie Jo is truly phenomenal at what she does. My only recommendation when booking is to double-check the confirmation text they send right after you schedule. I didn’t catch an error in mine and was later told I had booked a completely different day. Since the confirmation text showed the incorrect date, I had no way to dispute it—even though I know for a fact we discussed / scheduled the right one. A little frustrating, but aside from that, everything else has been great.

Nyah is amazing! The laser hair removal process was quick, comfortable, and professional. They explain everything clearly and maje you feel at ease. It does take several sessions but is better than waxing, threading or shaving in my opinion. Highly recommend 10/10!!!

As always, I had a great experience with NYAH Med Spa! However I believe I will only be going to the Suwannee location now. They were so accommodating and kind. It made my time there painless and enjoyable.
