Been trying to get in contact with the office for 2+ weeks now. All I need is an extension on my prescription for another year. First time I called the nursing line, it went to voicemail. It said they’ll get back to me on the next business day so I left a voicemail. That was early Thursday morning. Tuesday came around and nothing. I called again, and once again, it went to voicemail. I tried again but this time instead of the nursing line, I did just talk to the receptionist. I told her my issue and her excuse was they were short staffed last week so they probably hadn’t gotten to voicemails yet and transferred me to the correct line. Dr. Kurl and Dr. Pau are so great! They listen to you and I truly feel that they care for their patients. I never feel rushed and they always answer all my questions. I’m so grateful to have found them.
I went for a women's wellness exam early in the afternoon with Dr. Priya and was accommodated right away as the clinic wasn't busy. The staff was friendly and Dr. Priya was very informative and knowledgeable. She answered my questions thoroughly and gave some advice based on her own experience. I def recommend them.
