I noticed they walked the property, locking in the project scope. Then, in unison, the crew got to work executing the plan. I could tell they took care and pride in not damaging anything, even as they took down massive limbs beside and over the house. Clean-up, including my neighbor's yard, left it better than when they started. Big kudos. I will be a loyal customer when I have tree removal/pruning needs.“
