The installation team was outstanding. They installed a 42 in built-in refrigerator, including installation of new custom cabinetry panels with pulls. I appreciated their attention to detail in making sure the pulls were perfectly centered, laying down masonite and blankets for their tools to not scratch any surfaces. They were extremely careful in removing the old refrigerator and the new refrigerator through really tight spaces. They also provided instruction on how to use the appliance and what to expect. They were awesome. Go Team!
The Innovative Installs team alerted me to their arrival time and did a great job removing my old Miele dishwasher and installing my new one. They took time to make my cabinet-front Miele dishwasher fit perfectly, and were courteous and considerate throughout.
After over a year of frustration and multiple failed visits from an 'authorized' service provider who claimed my Miele dishwasher was 'inaccessible' and couldn't be removed from the housing, Innovative Appliance Repair (IAR) finally solved the problem.
Where the first company’s technicians gave up, a IAR technician showed true expertise and professionalism. They successfully extracted the unit, replaced the circulation pump, and had everything back in perfect working order in a single visit. It has been over two months now, and the machine is working beautifully.
