We have beeb a Holtkamp customer for close to 15 years. The gas valve on our four year old American Standard furnace failed and they were able to come out and inspect the unit. Ryan ordered the replacement valve and replaced it early on the second day in below freezing weather in our attic. Great job Ryan.
We have been using Holtkamp for awhile now, including at our old house. They’ve always been thorough, detail-oriented, and honest. The service appointments are always done with care, as well. We will continue to use Holtkamp for all of our HVAC needs!
They manage to figure out - and fix! - problems that stymied other companies. Also, online scheduling made it super easy for me to make an appointment even when their office was closed.
