I asked to speak to owner the lady said she was a manager. After going back and forth with me. Never got the owner on phone. They set me two long text messages never answer any of my questions or concerns.

I could ask you to allow me to give them a -5 star, yes a MINUS5! They’ve been unprofessional from the Get Go. They lied and told me that my husband gave them the wrong model and serial number. My husband has never spoken with them. Their communication is absolutely horrible. Luckily they were fired since they never showed, nor are they willing to even receive phone calls. So now the warranty company is sending me a company with a five star rating. That’s more like it. Their loss my gain. Services that have to enter your home to service appliances should have better ratings, not ratings of one star of multiple reviews by people wishing to give them less than 1 Star....read full review

If I could give this company a ZERO it still wouldn't sum up their service. My warranty company scheduled Golden in home service to come out and repair my Samsung dryer for May 31. The company NEVER called or showed. I then got back in touch with my warranty company and they attempted to reach the company just as I did and they also had to leave a message bc THEY DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONES. While I was on hold with my warranty company the lady from Golden in home THEN AND ONLY THEN decided to contact me and once I ran down to her how we had to wait and the company never called, or showed, and how I read the reviews for the company and they are ALL BAD, she became upset...read full review
