Im a local natural minded labor doula and childbirth educator. I love going to various yoga classes after I take my sons to school! Connie, Merly & Jessica have the best classes! My body is already feeling better after 4 sessions! I’m proud of myself for accepting this new challenge!

Experienced yoga for the first time today. Went to the functional yoga session. Kristen was a fantastic instructor! It was an inviting atmosphere the people I spoke to were very down to earth and friendly. I’ll definitely be going back.
