We got the best customer service experience here. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and they went out of their way to accommodate my grandmother who's 90, making sure she was comfortable and able to complete the exam. Edward took a lot of care in helping her choose beautiful frames that fit right and felt good on her and most importantly she loves how she looks and feels in them.
My whole family looks forward to our annual visits with Dr. Kim. We absolutely LOVE Edward... he's the absolute best.
