We have had issues with our junk Lennox heaters in our home for several years and have had to have HVAC people out every year. This year we met Climate Heros and with snow/ice storms on their way within the week, they came out right away (other companies said i would need to wait at least a couple weeks). The tech listened to my issues and experience and after about an hour of thorough inspection, shared more than 25 pictures and 10+ videos of what is going on with our units. Have gotten dissatisfied with the company with had been using for a couple of years. Decided to try a different company. This one had good overall reviews so gave them a try. The tech that showed up on time within the scheduled window. Nice guy and what I was told was wrong by the other company turned out to not need attention. So I had a feeling I wasn't being told the whole truth and It was confirmed with this visit. I got a good vibe from this company and will use them in the future.
The 3 things I look for in HVAC service: Intelligent person to answer the phone Competent technicians Timely arrivals The Heroes meet all the criteria. All of their service people are good but Caesar is exceptional. They seem to be just big enough to respond promptly and small enough to genuinely care about their customers.
