I couldn't be happier with the results. My 13 year old Yorkie has been having a lot of accidents and I couldn't keep up with them!
Most of the carpet cleaners I've used have charged me extra for the spots. OMG didn't, they charged me exactly what they quoted over the phone. I can't tell you how rare that is!
I HIGHLY recommend them, especially if you have pets.
Very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. JR scheduled the appointment after sharing the simple and clear pricing details. He worked around my schedule to get the cleaning done quickly. He first checked if the tough stains could be removed with the chemicals he uses and then gave me a quote. This helped remove the ambiguity on cost.
All in all - very good experience. Highly recommend.
