“We were quite loyal to our previous carpet company but when the owner retired, we needed to find a new provider. Kevin O'Brien and CitruSolutions were recommended to us by a friend and we could not be more pleased. We recently had them back after our daughter moved out, having lived in our basement for a bit with her sweet dog Charlie. As you can imagine, a large dog going in and out, for months and months, presented a challenge when it came to keeping the carpets clean. Usually, a picture is worth a thousand words but even so, these pictures only scratch the surface of what an amazing job they did. The corner picture is where Charlie would eat and that area was a huge mess! I sincerely did not believe it would come clean...but it looks great! They cleaned my basement, which was very cluttered, and my five bed, four bath home. They were able to get up years worth of dust and small stains cause by my three year old.
