If I could give her 10 stars, I would. From start to finish, Nhu was just the most attentive and personable person. And humble! For reference, I’m one of those who takes months (minimum) to decided who to see or which brand to buy. I had been going through profiles and videos and pics for a while when I came across Nhu’s page. What stood out the most was her attention to detail. Within the online consultation, she explained every aspect of the process with full transparency. She was also one of the few artists that trained other artists starting out in the industry. I came to Brows Bossible in desperation. At first I just tested the experience with a dye and was impressed by the detail and attention I was given. That went well so I tried having them laminated. It is amazing. For about 2 months, the struggle is gone and I get 15-30 minutes of life back every morning + I know I'm not walking around with crazy brows. After the lamination has worn, I still can find my brow enough to pencil in where before, it was just luck if I did.

So sweet and did such an AMAZING job on my brows. Walked me through every step before and after and makes it a very safe space to speak if you don’t like something. Highly recommend her services.
