They are great at first but can be rude and ignore you when you are a long time customer, I would recommend a somewhere else when there are so many great insurance agencies.

My family and I have been with Bob and his team at North Atlanta Insurance for over 20 years and plan on at least that many more. I consider Bob Chandler, not only my insurance agent, but my friend. he has earned both titles.

Wes took over our insurance needs a couple of years ago when we moved from our home into an apartment and needed renters insurance. He then worked with our mortgage company when we recently purchased a townhome and made sure that everything was covered from the beginning of the process through closing. Wes does a great job of finding you the best deals, through bundling of policies (he also does our car insurance) or helping you determine exactly what coverage you need (and what you DON'T need). He's quick to respond and is always ready with answers when you need him. And best of all, he's just a really good guy. I highly recommend him.
