Gene came out today to fix my dryer and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He arrived right on time and got straight to work diagnosing the issue. Gene was very knowledgeable and clearly explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it.
What I appreciated most was his honesty and fairness. He didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and made sure the repair was done properly at a reasonable price. It’s hard to find service professionals you can trust, but Gene definitely earned that trust today.
