I have been working as a lifeguard for one year and am now a head guard. It’s really cool to work in and communication your superior (head Gaurd and area manager) is always very clear and easy. When I wanted to be promoted it was very easy to ask what I could do to be better and revive a response. Love working here!

This is my second year with AMS and i’ve been recruited as a head guard. The environment is so friendly and everyone bonds throughout clinics and inservices. The management is beyond amazing! The communication is well and trains us to become harder than ever. I really recommend working for AMS you’ll love it. It’s great pay especially as a up coming driver as myself, I need gas money, lol. Overall I 100% recommend! :)
