    I’m not one to share my experiences, but I really feel that I need to share.
    I’ve had awful pain in my right hip and lower back for a couple years.
    My sister told me about AlignLife.
    I didn’t want to take Ibuprofen everyday or any thing that would mask the pain because I want to see if things were working like different exercises and stretching.
    So, I decided to try this out.
    I’ve been seeing Dr. Biggs for 2 months and I’m totally amazed at the change I have experienced in the pain.
    I feel so blessed to have decided to take the steps and stay consistent with coming and the exercises that Dr. Biggs told me to do and in this I have felt so much better.
    From the my first day going, every person, from the front desk to all the doctors there have made me feel so welcome.

    I had recently got hurt on the job for my back and had trouble walking. Hospital didn’t help and Orthopedics didn’t help. Doctors wanted to say they could give me medication or injection and that would be the end of it. I wanted to heal a more proper way but didn’t know where to go about that. Dr. Brandon not only helped me with my back but he has also helped me understand the problems and how to be better about them. Everyone here is very nice, understanding and most of all very helpful. Amazing practice.

    I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Shaleigh and the team at Align Life. I came in very pregnant, uncomfortable, and honestly a little overwhelmed, and I left feeling truly cared for. From the first visit, Dr. Shaleigh took the time to really listen, explain what was going on in my body, and educate me on things I had no idea were connected to how I was feeling. That kind of thoughtful, patient explanation made all the difference. I got instant relief after my first adjustment, and that relief has continued visit after visit.
