“Our realtor recommended fred and his crew after we bought a house and wanted to refinish the floors prior to moving in. The entire second story and two sets of stairs were carpeted. We dislike carpet and wanted hardwood floors installed asap prior to moving in. Fred and his guys did a wonderful job refinishing our existing hardwoods which were not in good shape and also installing new hardwoods to match on our second floor and stairs. “I can't recommend this company enough. From Steven in sales, to Laura in the office, to the guys who did the work, these were pros. Very patient and knowledgable trying to get the right tile figured out for our shower job. All along I got the impression that they were honest and straightforward with me, and I worried this was just fake. But when all was done, they actually were. A bit too much tile was ordered than needed and I was given a refund no questions asked. Not only that, they ate the restocking fee because they took responsibility for ordering too much.
The men doing the work were super friendly and professional. I could see the time they were taking to get the job right. They were respectful of our home by constantly cleaning up as they went along. I would definitely use them again.“
