Eric did an excellent job on our lock service! He was very prompt, courteous and professional. I will definitely use Certified Lock and Security again and recommend to family and friends.
I'm building a new house, I had purchased multiple locks online with non matching keys, 2 different brands, called Certified Lock to see what they could do. Eric called back within minutes and was able to squeeze me in the next morning, not only did they re-key all the locks, but he also adjusted 3 or the doors to close correctly, fixed a catch on the front door and even made some custom latches to make sure the front door would be secure. This was all done on the first visit and the price was more than fair. I highly recommend them ! professional, fast and accurate service and good price !!
Seldom does one find this level of punctuality, professionalism, and fair pricing shown by Certified Lock & Security. I would rate their service at 6 stars, if this were an option! Their pride in a job well done and their fair and honest pricing should make them your first and only call when Lock & Security services are needed.
