I graduated from Benchmark PT on May 9 after several months of PR for my hip/back, then a sprained ankle. While Riyaz was my primary therapist, I was also seen by Chelsea and Dutch. All were excellent with their care. Kudos to all! Also, thanks to Conor for his attentive assistance. I also appreciated the front desk ladies with scheduling and their pleasant demeanor.
This is the best PT experience I’ve ever had. All of the staff are amazing. The overall vibe of the office is welcoming and upbeat. This is important because there are all ages and backgrounds receiving treatment at any given time. Highly recommend!!!!!
What an outstanding group at Sugar Hill location ~ dedicated to your growth, recuperation and recovery via PT!Each and every staff member makes you feel welcomed, cared about, listened too..I got to experience many Staff members during my 3months of PT for R knee replacement. Progress was experienced right away and consistently supported all the way through til graduation/last day!The quieter early morning appts for me, meant talking and interacting with crew who made you feel welcomed and part of great group dynamic!
