He came back a few days later and fixed it all in one morning (roof, ceiling and gutter). When he says a job isn’t finished unless it looks exactly as new, he stands by his word. When I called Cory and the other guy above him nothing ask to speak with someone higher then they stopped talking to me. I would never refer them. they will threaten you with lawyers if you withhold final payment as I did. reached back out nothing 2 yrs now. keep all communication on text or email. Dirk and his crew were at my house that afternoon putting up a huge tarp that worked flawlessly until the roof was installed. They worked with my insurance company as much as possible to get my roof repaired properly no matter how sorry my insurance company was and how little they wanted to do for me. Ryno made everything happen properly. Then after they repaired my roof the insurance company dragged their feet sending me the checks they owed and Dirk was more than patient and never got upset one time about how long it took to get paid.
