I got there early for my appointment, and this staff was gracious and kind to me and engaged me just with some nice talk about themselves and me. Those of the staff who have been there for a while, we’re kind enough to remember me by name. The nurse who took me back has always been a wonderful and kind and gentle caregiver who makes me feel at ease. My PA, Joseph, Was careful and thorough and personable. He remembers things about me and make sure that everything is covered, including things that may not be on the normal script.
I went to Village Medical Center housed in the Walgreens building at the corner of Five Forks Trickum and Rockbridge Rd for examination of pains in my knees. All the clerical and medical staff were friendly, courteous and prompt with me. In particular, Dr Martha Crenshaw gave me a thorough examination and answered all my questions professionally and satisfactorily. I was out in less than 1 hour.
Very nice staff, efficient and friendly. Dr. Burke LOVE her already and I am new to the practice. Observation was great with a listening ear. Very friendly and relatable. Office Very clean.
