SCAM ALERT ALEX COLLECTED $1000 FROM ME AND and refuses to refund my money and no work was done. I am filing a fraud complaint with the IRS against him. I gave them 1 star because 0 stars is not an option

Honestly, this business IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alex's level of professionalism is absolutely terrible!!!!!! First, I filed my taxes in April, prior to the deadline AND IT WAS NEVER SENT TO THE IRS!!! I've been emailing and calling Alex's office for three months asking for him or his secretary to check on what happened to my taxes. All I was told by the secretary was "be patient, the IRS is behind". They refused to check on it. Each time I tried to monitor my taxes through the IRS refund tool, I received a response that stated "refund status error. Your information does not match our records". I advise others to stay away. I was asked to Pay $2,000 in advance. Instead of addressing and filing a regular audit review, they withheld my information from the IRS so that they could go to court months later. I would have had to pay $3,000 more for a court situation that was not a court case, but could have easily been resolved had they filed my audit paperwork on time and in the correct manner. When I discovered the scam, they said they would give me my $2,000 back, but they never did, Customer be aware!!!! Unethical and unprofessiona!
