I have been seeing Markerba Skylark, P. A. for over 20 years and she has always taken care of me. She has a personal touch that is unmatched. I can trust her recommendations and she takes to listen and she really hears her patients.
I am grateful for her service to my family and me.

I cannot understand what's going on with them since taken over by Emory. Cannot reach them directly, and will not respond to calls, after the test results there is no review especially if the tests were done at a non-emory location. I used to be very happy with Dr. Benjamin, but now I have to seriously consider looking for another Primary care. So terrible with Emory Monopoly

This family practice physician group previously was superb; however since joining forces with the Emory Healthcare system it has declined. The overall physicians have not changed. What has changed is the manner in which you have to contact them. All calls go through a call center which is nothing but masses of individuals who answer calls and forward your message to hopefully the appropriate person. Or you can utilize the patient portal which I have not had much success with. Messages that are returned are very abrupt and impersonal and never seem to address the issue at hand. I truly hope that this message is seen by someone at Rockbridge family medicine because this type of care is unacceptable.
