Sunday Dec 10 , I visited to go into the Sauna. Upon entering, I noticed how cold it was and contacted the front desk staff June for help. This lady had such a nasty demeanor, really wouldn’t allow me to finish a sentence. She advised she can’t do anything it’s almost closing time. I attempted to ask could she walk me through she cut me off again mid sentence. I then asked for her name and she mumbles it and says I have customers here hangs up on me. UNACCEPTABLE June! People like her shouldn’t work in customer service because , she doesn’t want to help. Also, the pool has been inoperable for about three weeks. This location has not been open at 8 am on Sunday in two weeks I was there at 8 and left at 9 still not open what is going on at this location,? We pay to go and someone can't be there to open the doors?????

There are no issues with the gym itself, but just like anywhere you go, don't leave items of value in your car. I came out after a good workout, and there were several cars broken into. And this was broad day around 12 noon. The police camers in the parking lot did not deter.
