Friendship Paint & Body Shop is a reputable body shop that provides high-quality repairs. They have the capability to fix complex damages, such as those caused by a falling tree, and can make vehicles look better than new. However, some issues have been reported regarding communication and updates during the repair process. Additionally, there have been concerns about insurance deductibles not being accurately calculated, which can cause unexpected additional costs. Despite these issues, the shop's representatives, including Ryan Casey, have been praised for their professionalism and ability to resolve problems amicably. The lobby and restroom are also clean and well-maintained. Overall, Friendship Paint & Body Shop is a good option for car owners seeking reliable and skilled repair services.
This place is GREAT. When every other place I went to said it would take at least a few weeks to get my car repaired, Elijah said he could do it in a week - AND THEY DID. Super professional, super helpful and courteous, and the repair work was TOP NOTCH. Fast, friendly, quality and just excellent.
The customer service was great! Elijah was great and whom every painting my car did a great job! Thankful and grateful for there services. Thank you all! 🙏🏽
I have used Friendship 3 times over the years and have always been very pleased with the results. This time I was paying for the bodywork myself and choose Friendship without question. Estimator Elijah Goodine was awesome.
