I love Lisa!!!! She’s highly educated in her craft. I was super happy with my results and she took her time to take care of my hair. I would definitely be coming back. Pros: Full service salon with down to earth, experienced stylists.
Attentive and clean environment.
The owner Lisa is communicative, but can come off as sharp if you're not used to her. She always means well and is a master of her craft. Very good about calling back.
Cons: Their website isn't intuitive and the scheduling stinks - leaving parties unprepared. Rescheduling through the site isnt available and you have to call. Timeliness on stylist availability could improve with a better scheduling and messaging system.

I initially booked with two Instagram stylist, which both have failed me, I came into the shop with Miss Lisa last minute and she did more than my expectations. I love my hair. Everyone loves my hair. The customer service is great. The treatment was great, and the knowledge behind her was very helpful. Will definitely be returning.
