I have known of this place for a very long time but on yesterday was my very first experience. Bintou the owner is so sweet and polite, the rest of the staff is amazing as well. I had the privilege of getting some Butterfly Braids only two #27. The service was prompt and very efficient I also gained loved for the music that was playing, I wanted to get up and dance!!! Bintou communicates with her staff and she assists whenever she is needed. Her expertise is impeccable, I received so many compliments as I was walking through the airport to catch my flight to LAX. That alone is a game changer because then I knew she had done an Amazing job on my hair. Thanks again Bintou...read full review

My braids looked very good however, I have 2 braids that have pulled my edges out. I do my own braids all the time and have NEVER had my edges come out with any braid. I asked for medium sized braids and had to ask them to make them bigger at the start because they were so small. They didn’t get much bigger but I also don’t expect for the parts to be so small the braid would weigh it down
