Hair tech did a wonderful job coloring my hair, trimming, and giving me a blow out. I was especially impressed with the outcome of the coloring. They were very kind and respectful and even offered me pizza the employees had just ordered while I was waiting and allowed me to borrow a charger. My only complaint is the time it took. I understand that multi-tasking is part of the job at times but doing 4 + heads simultaneously creates a bad experience for some like myself. A rough estimated wait time should be given initially because I was there for 5hrs despite them starting the coloring right away. I don't write reviews unless I'm REALLY satisfied or really disappointed. She helped me pick a color and highlight that compliment my skin. She did a great job coloring, highlighting, cutting and blow drying my hair. She's professional, friendly and works fast. Worth every penny I paid ! I love the color and style. You won't be disappointed.
