Mark can never retire he must be cloned !
I have used & trusted this man for many years & he has done everything from heating to cooling to total replacement to maintenance when needed . If you want an honest , trustworthy company & person , hire Mark ! Thank you again Mark for your knowledge & expertise & honesty! When your dog likes a person that’s a good thing ! ?
Reynaud HVAC is excellent! We had our unit completely replaced last year due to a grounded compressor, and mismatched handler, from years of home warranty repairs doing bandaid and patch work until there were no patches left to make.
Mark is incredibly knowledgeable and explains problems and solutions all in a way that anyone can understand. He is thorough in his walk through after his guys are done making sure that everything is done correctly and making any adjustments needed.

Mark was fantastic! I was able to get a quick appointment. He was on time. And most importantly he did a wonderful job while saving me a ton of money! I thought I was going to need a whole new AC unit, but it was my smart thermostat going bad (thankfully under its separate warranty still). As a woman it can be stressful calling in a repairman. Mark was very polite and helpful, listened carefully to my concerns, never talked down to me, and even gave me some good educational information about my system. I will call him every time and recommend him to all my friends!! AA++
