The first time I went here, a young lady did my hair and it was just like the picture I showed her and nicely done. The second time an older lady with a traditional dress on did my hair and it was nothing like the picture and left me with a dent in my braids. I should’ve asked for a discount. I didn’t even realize how bad it was until I got home. I’m not sure who Rama is but I liked the younger lady.

Rama has been braiding my hair for a few years now. She's done my mom's, my sis and my daughters. Rama is literally so sweet, always communicates and completes the braids quick. She is fast, her parts are clean, the braids are beautiful and she offers the most affordable prices in the Metro ATL area. I would recommend her always. She hasn't changed up in the years and increased her pricing and yet still delivers the same results. And she doesn't do the boneless knotless where the parts are huge and the braids are small. Go check my girl Raman out you won't regret it !

I absolutely love getting my hair done from this shop. The customer service here is on point and the communication regarding my style. My hair is tended to once I arrive , Ramata moves fast and she's delicate with my hair . This is the first shop I've went to that has contributed to my hair growth. The prices are also reasonable and affordable. My experience here has always left me feeling even more beautiful .

amazing shop, been going for 4 years always great wish i could leave a longer message but hope this review opposes the negative ones. they always find time to fit me in even during times they have other customers . i am very appreciative for all the braiders for staring my locc journey and braids for my mother.great maintenance im always taken care of ?❤️❤️❤️

❌AVOID THIS HAIR SHOP AT ALL COST!❌
The braider is always late, she was late more than once (never on time) she braided my hair very poorly, was late to our appointment and had me waiting outside. Additionally she rushed my appointment to finish in time to start another client. After seeing my hair I said respectfully I don’t like how my hair was braided and told her it was not the size I requested and the parts were very poorly done. To be respectful to her since another client walked in and she had already started another head. We texted and agreed that she would redo my hair. She proceeded to ask what day would be great for me, I said Tuesday, after not responding for 4 days I asked the Monday before if 10:30am tomorrow works. She proceeded to ask me to reschedule the appointment because she had another client who booked that time. Why did it take you 4 days of not responding to say that? Unprofessional.
Anyhow I proceeded at that point to text and call for a refund, she blocked my number and never responded. The sister called my phone 60 times in 30 minutes to threaten me and disrespect me. This hair shop, Ramataa (the sister with the black mold on her forehead) and her sister days are numbered as a business.

I love the customer service here. Rama was there when I got there. There was no wait. She didn’t take long. I got smedium knotless braids and they were THE BOMB!!! My parts are great, the braids are great, and the timing was great. They look so cute, I can’t wait to go on vacation with my hair. Would most definitely recommend 10/10!Service: Braids
