I let her know I really wanted alot of my hair cut off to get rid of a lot of fairy knots and split ends to get my hair back healthy so that my afro could be back fabulous. My biggest concern was how my hair was going to manipulated during the wash and shampoo since I have a tight curl pattern. There were no worries to be had at all. Kiki was extra gentle, no ripping. I got steam hydration and protein treatment. She did my first silk press ever and showed me how much she was cutting and why. I really appreciated how she asked questions about my home routine and offered better solutions for a healthy hair regimen. My hair feels safe in her hands and I'm really really excited to be booking my next appointment with her.”
