Amy came highly recommended by a neighbor. Started using Amy in 2025 when I became concern about my fur baby's behavior at another spa facility such as biting, having to pull and carry her out of the car, and even fearful behavior when I drove by the facility. The explanation they provided didn't make sense and the recommendation was to drug her before her spa day.....really! Taking Ryn to Amy was the best decision I made for my fur baby. Ryn gets out of the car happily walking in and not being pulled and or carried in. If anything, I believe Amy is spoiling Ryn, which I don't have a problem with. Amy is great. Took our standard poodle pup to her for his first real grooming. She offered great advice, listen to my suggestions and did a great job. Pup looks amazing. Already scheduled his next appointment and will definitely recommend Amy to anyone needing a great groomer.
