“I’ve been taking my fur babies here for a long time and service has always been great, but over the holidays I’ve had to take 2 separate pups for emergency visits for a total of 3 separate visits, all for different types of emergencies. All visits were extremely traumatic for myself and my pups. They handled each visit with so much compassion. Explaining everything in detail and being very patient with my questions and me grasping the situations. I was offered options for treatment and never felt pressured to choose a certain option. Thankfully 1 pup has fully recovered and the other is on the mend. Love everything about this place.“

I'm not big on leaving my fat baby with ANYONE.. but being put in a last minute crunch, I was forced to find someone.. after reading countless reviews & even meeting with a few different sitters I decided to go with PupSitters. I'm definitely happy with that decision! They are slightly more expensive than others in my area.. but you HONESTLY DO GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR (on both ends). I met with some of the "cheaper" people.. & ummm.. NO!!!.. With Pupsitter I received constant updates & my fat baby was NOT locked up in a cage or crate.. he had freedom to play & roam around in a SAFE & CONTROLLED environment/setting. I was honestly able to enjoy my family vacation without being stressed. They made me feel comfortable from the first meeting & throughout the entire process. It's family run, so your baby receives around the clock care & pampering. I will be using them again.“

“They are the best in GA. My dog, Peluza loves to visit them. I have been using their services for 12 years and they have no comparison. They take care of my dog with a lot of love. When I go on a trip I only trust them to take care of her. Its staff is excellent and very well trained. I have seen how they treat dogs and do it as if they were "children". “We took our dog in for boarding. He's has anxiety and doesn't do well in new environments. This was our first time boarding at The Paw Pad. Seeing him happy verses under distress at pick up was very new. We've boarded him before and every time we picked him up he would look frazzled. We were under the impression that maybe it was due to separation anxiety but now I believe it was the facility. So thank you Paw Pad for being his new home away from home.“
