Our puppy Lulu had been really challenging – lots of biting, constant yapping, pulling on the lead and generally creating chaos in our home with young children. Lynne came in with such a calm, knowledgeable and non-judgemental approach. In just two sessions, we’ve seen real improvements. The biting has reduced massively, Lulu is walking so much better on the lead, and her overall behaviour has become more manageable. Lynne also gave brilliant advice on food, puppy psychology, and how to create a more settled environment – all based on positive reinforcement and understanding. What stood out most is how much Lynne genuinely cares. She didn’t just offer quick fixes; she took time to understand our situation and made us feel supported, not overwhelmed.
