I came in a bit nervous, first time getting derma-planing service. Ty was polite, professional, and calm which put me at ease. If you’re looking for a place of peace and harmony look no further.
I am so excited to write this review for Lajori’s Spa and Beauty Bar! Ty the owner is truly amazing. I booked for an Acne facial, before I arrived for my appt I received notification reminders. Although I was already looking forward to my appointment they sent me several reminders to ensure I was would be there and they were looking forward to having me. Additionally when I arrived 15mins prior to my appointment not only was the owner Ty there ready to greet me promptly. I was also offered water. I booked the 3- in 1 through facial through ClassPass. So happy that I found this black owned spa. Great customer service. She was very polite and informative. I will definitely be returning. After my facial, my skin felt so good and rejuvenated.
