I am so excited to write this review for Lajori’s Spa and Beauty Bar! Ty the owner is truly amazing. I booked for an Acne facial, before I arrived for my appt I received notification reminders. Although I was already looking forward to my appointment they sent me several reminders to ensure I was would be there and they were looking forward to having me. Additionally when I arrived 15mins prior to my appointment not only was the owner Ty there ready to greet me promptly. I was also offered water. The place was very well put together, from the decor to the products she has available to the informational brochures and product offerings displayed throughout the lobby. As she escorted me to the back area where I would have my treatment Ty ensured my comfortability. As well as truly listened to my areas of concern with regards to my skin. Which the made the experience also more reassuring. As person who struggles with acne it can make a person feel very self-conscious. Ty made me feel she was not only there to support me in my journey to having clear skin but also an esthetician who cares about educating people how their health can impact their skin in general. It’s nice to be able to have quality Aesthetics care on the Southside of Atlanta without having to drive an hour or better the Northside to get some of the same services! I booked the 3- in 1 through facial through ClassPass. So happy that I found this black owned spa. Great customer service. She was very polite and informative. I will definitely be returning. After my facial, my skin felt so good and rejuvenated.
