I come here all the time for my wash & blow outs I love Michelle she always do my blowouts I’ve been coming here for a year now I highly recommend.

Very friendly, clean environment, gentle on your hair and provides you on what to use on your hair. I recommend 💯 all hair types.

Every time I come in I am greeted with a warm welcome. The stylist actually listen to your wants and concerns. My hair is treated respectfully and I leave looking amazing. Would highly recommend.

I've been going to Michel for a few years now, and every visit is a treat. I'm always obsessed with the results when she does my hair.
The salon is always clean and welcoming, and I leave feeling refreshed and confident. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a skilled and friendly stylist! Her mother Kathy is great as well. When Michel is out Kathy does my hair and does a great job too!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dominican Salon. They do not know how to do all textures of hair. I had a color consult and was advised that my hair could not be colored light brown but I could get a medium to dark brown look. I received neither. My roots were light brown and the rest of my hair was jet black. When I walked in I asked for a color, wash and set. The color didn’t turn out right and my stylist received a call and had to go somewhere and I was told there wasn’t enough time for me to sit with rollers and my hair was blow dried (which I never get) and flat ironed with no style. I was charged full price and I mistakenly paid although I told her I wasn’t happy with my hair. Very disappointed with the service and results. See the picture below

WARNING!!! My wife just came home with the WORST haircut in the history of haircuts. She literally had patches cut in her hair down to the scalp. The trim around her ears wasn't even rounded and looks as if a person with a very bad nervous twitch condition was the stylist. I'm so pissed that I didn't go with her. I would not have allowed her to pay. She is still crying as I'm typing this. She regrets deciding to cut her hair because of the heat and most of all - picking this place. Beware and Forewarned!

I've gone here several times. However, this was the first time I've been disappointed with the service I received. Went in for color and a style. Mitchel suggested I get a keratin treatment as well. My color did not take at the roots. My hair did not look the same as it did when I received the keratin treatment before. My hair looks as if I did it at home. I tried calling on more than one occasion to speak with Mitchel. Unfortunately, the cell number i have is no longer in service and could not reach her at the shop. I can not spend money with someone who won't speak up about their service did not work, and then correct it. And a person who won't even return a call. I'm so disappointed!

Came in bc it was close to where I was at the time and I was in a time constraint.
I had been there a couple years ago and the older lady Kathy I think did my blow out nice.

This time the younger woman (maybe mid 30s)did my hair and I wasn’t impressed. She asked me if I wanted a deep condition, and I said yes. As another lady washed my hair, she came in and said I was gonna get a leave in conditioner instead, and that the only difference is I didn’t have to sit under a dryer for it. So I was charged the price of a deep conditioner still.
When I went to her her chair for blow drying and straightening, she literally was done in 20 minutes or less. I’ve never had it done this quick at other Dominican salons. My roots were not straight at all and I felt she was rushing my hair (by not allowing me to do the deep condition and the quick blow dry and curl). I also asked as she was starting my hair, if she was going to use heat protector. she claimed the leave in conditioner has heat protector in it, which I hope is true because my hair still smells burnt and it is very stiff. And they don’t use edge control or anything to lay down the edges they don’t straighten.
I will stick to going to Lily’s in McDonough.
