I just started the Metabolic Reset Challenge Dr Leona is hosting and have learned quite a bit already. Much different in a very good way than many of the other seminars I've taken in the past. Highly recommended!

Fantastic Program @ Freedom Health Systems with Dr. Leona Allen. When I came to Dr. Leona, I was mentally troubled, overweight (based on BMI), and my body was out of balance in some areas. I accepted the 90 day/3 month challenge. In the past, I tried other programs and they failed me - therefore, I was determined to, not only, follow this program but complete it. I had a slightly bumpy start but began to get my footing. I began to see weight loss and feel better - much better!!!
