About Eagles Landing Diab/endo
Eagles Landing Diabetes & Endocrinology is known for providing compassionate and professional care. Patients often highlight the friendly and helpful staff, with many praising the welcoming environment and the ability to easily access visit summaries, medications, and refill requests through the Healow app. The doctors, including Dr. Watts and Dr. Henry, are recognized for their knowledge, patience, and genuine concern for patients’ health. They take the time to explain issues thoroughly and do not rush appointments, making patients feel cared for and respected. Patients appreciate the doctors’ expertise, especially in complex cases like thyroid cancer and rare conditions. The staff, particularly the front office and business office, have received mixed reviews; some found them unorganized and rude, which led to frustration and even change of providers. However, the care team and physicians are consistently praised for their bedside manner and quality of care. The office environment is clean and well-maintained, and staff members go above and beyond to treat patients with kindness. Overall, Eagles Landing Diabetes & Endocrinology is viewed as a caring practice with skilled doctors, though some logistical issues with staff and scheduling have been noted.
Dr.Ronald Watts is the best endocrinologist. I've been a patient for 14 years and hope to be a patient for a lifetime . Highly recommend
I love Dr. Watts and will continue to be one of his patients but it’s extremely hard to get someone on the phone here and now they have an AI virtual assistant over the phone which definitely makes it impossible to speak to a real person. I’ve been trying to call for days and I’ve left messages and I haven’t received a call back.
I'm no longer a patient there, many issues with staff but the doctors I saw did a great job, with great bed side manner I saw Dr Watts and Dr Henry, had great experience with them and with labs and nurses, it was the front office and business office staff that really upset me. Who ever was in charge of scheduling, INS. Auth etc needed some coaching or more experience so the office could run smoothly. I truly hated the drive 1.5 hours away, concerned with health issues, then to be treated rudely just did not sit well. I changed providers because of those particular staff, not because of the care team, I had a great experience with them
