Wonderful customer service and great prices! I'm local-ish so I emailed to ask if I could pick up my order from their warehouse to save some money on shipping. They responded that I could certainly do that and I placed my order according to their emailed instructions, but their shipping calculator actually had better rates than I had anticipated. I had great customer service from Ken. I called looking for a 24 pound box of sculpey in time for my deadline on the first, and I got an email saying it was shipped less than an hour after we spoke. He even saved me some money by pointing me to the better shipping. Got 3x the product I would have ordering from creative wholesale, great prices all around.
