I was referred to Chiefs Inspection Services, Willie Booker, and have no regrets. Mr. Booker's customer service started immediately during the initial call. He is kind, courteous and very thorough! Mr. Booker inspected a duplex plus an ADU. He took his time during the inspection and didn't hesitate to take out time to answer any questions while inspecting. My report was detailed and Mr. Booker reached out to me afterwards to see if I had additional questions about the report. Great Service!! I highly recommend Chiefs Inspection Services!
I’ve had many inspections performed across both residential and commercial properties. This seemed slightly different. I really appreciate the above and beyond care + detailed attention paid by Willie. You would’ve thought it was his personal property - which is what you want in an inspector. The comprehensive report is one thing… the communication and continued correspondence is another. Well done!
