After having another HVAC company out twice and my AC Unit still not working, I called Air Comfort Designs. They came out the next business day and I don't have enough words to express my positive experience with them. Not only were the technicians extremely knowledgeable, they got to the root of the problem and didn't just do a quick patch job in order to leave faster. They gave me detailed information and explained the problems and showed me what caused the issue. There was no hidden agenda or bait/switch mechanic tricks. Air Comfort Designs LLC went the extra mile to insure that our electrical system was compatible with the voltage needed to safely operate my mini-split. They made additional phone calls to make sure that the parts needed to make the connections were installed for our safety.

When our company's main AC unit went out the week of July 4th during the hottest heat wave, Ricky and Jordan quickly came to the rescue. They gave us a fair price, went over and beyond by cleaning parts of the entire AC system, and showed us ways to get the most efficiency out of our system in years to come. They were professional, excellent communicators who got the job done when we needed it. I would recommend Ricky's team to anyone!
